Engage Index ("we", "us", "our") provides a platform that helps businesses track, analyze, and optimize marketing funnels, ads, emails, SMS, and websites through behavioral analytics, predictive scoring, and automated CRO suggestions.

This Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal data when you visit our website, use our services, or when your end users interact with your sites, emails, SMS, or ads tracked through Engage Index.

2. Definitions

• Client: A business using Engage Index.
• Visitor: A person visiting our site or a Client's site with Engage Index tracking.
• End User Data: Data we collect on behalf of Clients.

3. What personal data we collect

1. Information you provide: name, company, email, phone, billing details, support chats.
2. Automatically collected: IP, device type, browser, scrolls, rage clicks, video interactions, Shopify cart/checkouts, fbclid, gclid, utm tags.
3. From integrations: ad metrics from Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Quora, Reddit; email opens/clicks from ESPs; SMS delivery from Twilio.

• To provide dashboards, predictive scores, CRO suggestions.
• To generate branded PDF reports.
• To secure and improve Engage Index.

We do NOT sell data. We only share with trusted service providers (cloud, storage, email) or when legally required.

We use cookies/pixels to attribute sessions, campaigns, and analyze funnels. Clients must inform visitors and get consent where required.

We keep data as long as needed for services or compliance. After account closure, we may retain minimal backups for audits or fraud prevention.

Clients act as data controllers. They must update their privacy notices and obtain consents when using Engage Index tracking.

Not for children under 16 (or 13 where applicable). We delete such data if discovered.

We may update this. Significant updates will be notified via dashboard or email.
